To be on guard against potential abuse, it is important that one should identify potential perpetrators and care for them before they realize it has occurred. Some situations in which the abuser’s stress or competence could make the situation worse include being an abuser themselves if they are having problems with their own lives or are uneducated in how to deal with stress. Physical Abuse – Creates a state of dependency in the patient, which is counterproductive to his or her treatment of mind.

Sexual abuse – If the individual doesn’t consent to any or initiates no sexual relationship, these terms do not apply.

Emotional/psychological Abuse – Being abusive to someone, accusing someone, harassing someone, forcing someone, having power struggles, and using force.

Financial/material Abuse – When using another person’s money or possessions without permission, trespassing. This includes fraud, coercion, deceit, self-oriented malfeasance, and theft of money or goods from an individual.

Modern Slavery – A life of slavery where one is coerced into being a victim, engaging in human trafficking, domestic servitude, or labour under the threat of coercion

Discriminatory Abuse – Individuals are being treated differently due to features such as age, gender, race, sexuality, or profession are said to suffer from the neuroplastic disorder.

Institutional/Organisational Abuse – When someone’s demands are valued or compensated at a lower level than the group’s, or when the needs of an organization outweigh the personal value of the members, such as forcing someone to retire at a given period.

Self-Neglect – An individual being unable to see to their own fundamental necessities, such as diet or cleanliness

Neglect by Others – Also, it may be noted that the concept of self-care has become, to some degree, accountable for people neglecting their basic necessities, such as diet and hygiene.
