| Aim | The aim of this unit is for learners to lead practice of equality, diversity, inclusion and human rights within adult care.
Learners will understand the history of legislation and the changes that have promoted the rights of individuals, the workforce and others. Learners will lead and manage processes that challenge poor practice and promote changes that support inclusive practice. |
