Unit Aims
The aim of this unit is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills to plan, conduct and review assessments of occupational competence in the work environment. Learners will develop their ability to select and apply appropriate assessment methods, make sound and consistent assessment decisions, and fulfil their legal and professional responsibilities in relation to recording, reporting and maintaining good practice.
