The MD has asked you to prepare a guidance document for colleagues regarding issues relating to the impact of reward approaches and packages.
The document must include:
- Evaluate the principles of reward and its importance to organizational culture and performance management.
- Evaluate the most appropriate ways in which data for reward and pay can be gathered and measured and develop insight from benchmarking data. Assess how benchmarking data can inform reward approaches.
- Explain legislative requirements that impact pay and reward.
Task 2
Prepare a guidance document or presentation for the board of a reward proposal for your organization.
