Feasibility Study for Night Moves
You are a Project Manager for Night Moves, an event logistics business contracted by Events UK to transport equipment and catering supplies for a major music event at Finsbury Park, London, in August 2025. Develop a feasibility study to assess the viability of successfully delivering this project, considering factors such as logistics, costs, resources, risks, and time constraints.
What You Need to Do
You must prepare and deliver a group presentation of a Feasibility Study. You will need to make a decision as to its feasibility and potentially give alternatives and options.
Purpose of the Assignment:
This assignment will provide you with the experience of researching a given project in order to make a decision as to whether or not a project is feasible, i.e. it will provide the required return, it is possible within any parameters set such as time, resources etc. You will have to make choices and make decisions that may affect the above.

- You must use the information given in the Assessment 2 Information Sheet BUT there may be other things you need to know and do.
- You are expected to apply the applicable learned concepts and methods of Project Management especially the elements of a feasibility study as covered in lectures and seminars.
- You will have to think for yourselves about what is needed to undertake this project.
- Finally remember – this is a Feasibility Study, and you must balance the cost of the work required with the potential ROI of the project.
Presentation Parameters
- Your total presentation time is 20 minutes maximum including set up and Q&A.
- The audience (assessor/s) will for your presentation be adopting the role of the investors in your project.
- Your slides must have accompanying notes which will be the narrative, commentary or script. These are not shown in the presentation itself but must be included in the submission.
- Make sure you come prepared with the presentation on a memory stick and NOT online.
- The whole group must attend and take part in the presentation and any failure to attend and present without any prior agreement with the Module Leader will automatically attract a mark of zero.
Presentation Rules
- You are expected to apply the learned concepts and methods of Project Management.
- The number of group members is between 3-5.
- Each group member is required to contribute. Therefore, each group member is required to contribute to cover one part of the whole presentation.
- Presentations are expected to be in normal lecture or online seminar sessions over the last two weeks of the Term.

- Quality & originality of research undertaken, including questions.
