Learners will understand how these processes form part of an effective health and safety management system and reflect both a positive and negative safety culture within an organisation. Learners will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the legal and regulatory requirements by which the organisation should operate and determine how effective reactive processes such as accident investigation should assist businesses to manage improvements.
