Scenario:

Different ideologies of education lead to different ways of looking at the curriculum, or curriculum models. In England, curricula tend to be largely determined by centralized policy, either through legislation or by making funding dependent on preparing students for approved qualifications.  Hence, a curriculum is the reflected beliefs of policy-makers – sometimes known as the dominant ideology.
