You have chosen any manufacturing company in the United Kingdom. Considering all internal and external environments, you will propose a growth model for your manufacturing business. Your management asked you to prepare a case study report concerning the business environment.

Your report will analyze background knowledge and understanding of business, the functions of an organization, and the business environments in which different organizations operate.

This report will outline the various types, sizes, and scopes of organizations, their interrelationships with organizational structure, contemporary examples demonstrating the impact of the macro environment on business operations and determining the internal strengths and weaknesses of the businesses and their relationship with external macro factors.
