• I found it challenging to evaluate performance because the project management industry is in transformation. Since the introduction of Rapid, roles like business owner and project leader have started assuming several duties that were previously handled by project managers.
• What strengths and weaknesses of your performance did you identify?
• The strength was o was able to understand how important a project manager’s role is and the responsibility carry to accomplish their target.
• The weakness was to identify all the mistakes that take place within the business can be difficult and can lead to an unsuccessful business.
