1.0 Client Brief
North Lincolnshire County Council (NLCC) is seeking to develop a coherent and deliverable transport package for he Scunthorpe train station area(see Zone 4-Preference Project). NLCC is soliciting help to design the project to:
- improve traffic flow around the train station. Specifically, the Station Road/ Church Lane intersection with Oswalds Road
- Provide access for proposed future developments of commercial and residential properties
- Better access to the proposed redevelopment of the expanded Scunthorpe train station to increase passenger volumes.
