1.0 Background

This project is to deliver Improvement of services to Fitzwilliam Park in Dublin 2.  The funding of €1,000,000 has been donated by an un-named millionaire.

The donation has been donated subject to Marcin Consulting limited delivering the project management and budget ownership in trust of the Donator.

The Objective is to deliver the following (subject to Public liability insurance being achieved and permission from local authorities, residents and Dublin city Council);

  • Improve trees layout
  • Construction of children’s playground
  • Construction of Skate board area
  • New fencing around the park
  • New Lighting
  • Security and ongoing maintenance (subject to approval from DCC)

This Project Managers Brief is to Compile pricing from Contractors and include a quotation for the client to approve via formal acceptance process.  Included in the costs should include project managers costs.

This natural flow of the Project will be reflected and communicated in the ‘living’ documents that represent and maintain the Project status. These are the MS Project Plan, the RAID, the Highlight Report
