Learners will understand how to interpret the results of diagnostic testing, patient monitoring tests, develop clinical assessment skills, and apply the information to patient drug therapy, enabling them to assist the wider healthcare team in advising on appropriate medicine-related issues. | |

Research these to explore the importance to patient centred care, and discuss possible limitations attached to them. Analyse a patient monitoring system and records/ documentation used either from your practice or from the lessons in unit 2 to explain their purpose, effectiveness, and possible limitations. Furthermore, complete a review of the chosen patient monitoring tests and documentation system for patient monitoring chosen for your assignment work to analyse their effectiveness, and make possible recommendations on how the documentation systems for patient monitoring systems could be improved.
