You are the HR manager for Crucial Solutions, a long-established, medium-sized consulting company that provides expert advice in a broad range of domains – sales, marketing, and engineering.

Crucial Solutions is going through a period of growth, and have employed a group of new managers to head new departments.

In the last five years, Crucial Solutions has been involved in several Employment Tribunal cases about various issues, resulting in successful claims on the part of the employees.

The Directors and key stakeholders have major concerns about this and have suggested that now is a good time to take action to ensure that all existing and new management team members receive guidance, to avoid a repeat of previous cases and any future potential issues.

As the HR manager, you have been tasked with creating resources to facilitate the required knowledge about key areas of Employment Law and their implications.

You will produce an article for the company intranet and an information document covering the relevant information.
