In this coursework, you will be asked to develop a report discussing how a company of your choice can improve the equality, diversity and inclusion of its
workforce. You will need to identify the challenges and opportunities that the company is facing and propose specific measures and recommendations that
the company can take to address these challenges and opportunities.
Many organisations are worried about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on their business and their current and future staff.

The business world will need to tackle many of the issues and challenges of the current pandemic. Imagine that you work for a consulting company specialising in equality, diversity and inclusion. You have been hired to provide a report that can improve the equality, diversity and inclusion of the company’s workforce.

learned in your lectures.

a) describe what issues and challenges, but also opportunities in relation to its workforce and EDI efforts, the company might be facing in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic,

b) what should the company do to address these equality, diversity and inclusion issues, challenges and opportunities, and

c) why should they take these measures?
