Task

The MD is aware that you have been studying strategic management and would like you to provide a report outlining how some appropriate models and frameworks that you have studied might help them to decide whether to go wholly online or keep operating from branches and to develop a competitive strategy going forward.

Your report should include, but not be limited to:

• A brief contextual overview of the estate agency industry and sector;
• The identification of key strategic issues currently impacting the sector;
• The selection, and application, of appropriate strategic management models, theories, and frameworks to this organization;
• A critical assessment of the extent to which these models can assist this organization with strategy development; and
• Recommendations on the next steps the MD should take.
