2. Extra or Duplicate Charges

In case you are billed twice for the same assignment and receive two receipts, please share them with our support team.
The duplicate payment will be refunded in full without delay.

3. When No Writer is Assigned

On the rare occasion that we are unable to assign a writer, we will complete your next assignment of equal value absolutely free.

4. Late Delivery

To avoid delays, ensure all instructions and required materials are provided at the time of placing your order.
If the first draft reaches you after the agreed deadline, we will make improvements to the quality so that any penalty for late submission does not impact your overall grade.
