• Evaluate the impact on your organization of establishing a coaching and mentoring culture
• Establish processes and mechanisms to record and monitor the impact of coaching and mentoring within your organization
• Barriers and Risks to implementation
  • (you may wish to use a table for this section, with a column for AC2.2 and a corresponding column for AC2.3).
• Identify barriers to change that impact on coaching and mentoring
• Explain how to overcome organizational and individual resistance to the implementation of coaching and mentoring

3. Implementation Plan

• Using the template in Appendix 3: Assignment 2 Plan template, develop a plan to implement coaching and mentoring programs within your organization
• Within your plan, demonstrate steps to support individuals in the adoption of change
• Within your plan, demonstrate how you will review the implementation strategy to ensure continuous improvement
