COURSEWORK 1 – PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN

In CW 1 you are required to prepare a personal development plan (PDP).

• The plan will contain a critical review of your own key competences (knowledge,skills and attitudes).

• The PDP should be discussed in relation to your career aspirations and highlight strengths and weaknesses in terms of generic competences.

• You need to indicate at which level you think you are in a certain competence (or element thereof) and provide evidence for your reflection and assessment.

• Evidence could come from personal reflection, engagement with literature on a particular competence and feedback from others.

• The PDP should contain indications for future development actions: a set of concrete actions to develop a certain competence.

• The future development actions could be both mid-term with tentative dates (during the Master time) and long-term (after the completion of the Master) with dates
