Referencing
A professional approach to work is expected from all learners. Learners must therefore identify and acknowledge ALL sources/methodologies/applications used.

You are working in the compliance department in a small or medium sized organisation, with roles and responsibilities to develop legal contracts between your organisation and the third party. You have been asked to produce a business contract of minimum 2000 words in length in line with UK contract law between your organisation and a company located outside the UK to sell goods and services.
