Using an organization of your choice that has undergone change in the last 3 years prepare a management consultancy report that analyses the change implementation process of your chosen company/organization from identifying the drivers of change through to implementation. Based on this critical evaluation of your organisation’s change process students are then to provide recommendations.

The report should include a focus on the following aspects:
